From I-80 East or West, exit via ramp at sign reading "Douglas Blvd West" or "Douglas Blvd to Sunrise Avenue" Turn right on Douglas Blvd and go West for 0.7 miles Turn right on Judah St and go Northwest for 1 block, passing Gopher Gulch Alley, and turn right on Royer Street Continue on Royer Street 1 block, and continue straight across Taylor Street into the driveway to the right of the Library building.

Continue with the wooden fence on your right into and through the Library main parking lot right up to the forbidding-looking "Do Not Enter" sign. Turn left at the "Do Not Enter" sign just past the gas pumps into the covered garage under the Fire Department building. The chargers are on your left, toward the rear of the building.

It looks like you are entering a forbidden area, but the friendly firemen of Roseville assure me that it's OK to enter this garage for charging purposes. The Roseville Police Department used to use this garage, but now it's just for Fire Department employees. They keep the actual fire trucks upstairs on the main floor.

Nearby: The Roseville Library. This is a very spacious, well air-conditioned library. Placer County Courthouse is directly across the street, should you happen to be on jury duty or have other business there.

Vernon Street, downtown Old Roseville, is two blocks away, with many interesting shops and eating establishments, barber and beauty shops, etc.
