From I 80, take the Richards Blvd. Exit north. Get into the center lane -- avoid the right turn only lane. Take a slight right at the end of Richards Blvd. onto E Street, then right on 2nd Street. Continue on 2nd Street into the Amtrak parking lot. Cross the tracks, then turn left. Charger is on your left, against the block wall.

There are many, many restaurants, banks, and shops (including Tower Records) in the immediate vicinity, along G Street, F Street, and 2nd Street. There is a theater at 4th and G. While I was charging here, I got my hair cut. Charger supply voltage appears to be 240. Great location. Davis City Parking Garage, 4th and G, another charging location, is quite nearby.
