From S/B 101 take the Osos St. exit. make a left (SE), and follow Osos down to Hiquera. Make a right onto Hiquera (one way street) and immediately get into the far left lane. The bank is right on the corner of Osos and Hiquera. Make a left into the parking lot. There are two painted slots, the charger in between.
