The mall is surrounded by 2nd and 4th street and by Colorado and Broadway. Entrance to charger is via Broadway or 4th street. The listing says Santa Monica Place South, I believe, when it is in fact the north parking garage, first level accessible via Broadway. There is no street called Santa Monica Place. Yesterday I went in person and could see 2 chargers.
