The charger is on the bottom level just as you drive in on the first structural pole on the right side (only an EV-1 charger). Best part is that, with validation from Downtown Disney, parking is free in that lot. Also, they typically have a large orange or blue cone blocking off the spot to keep it from getting ICE'd. We've been out there three times and even on a Saturday night had no trouble at the charger. If you are at Disneyland stay until about 9:40 p.m. and enjoy the fireworks, in my opinion it is one of the best ways to spend "charging time."
