This Texaco Star Mart is in Phoenix at the southeast corner of McDowell Road and 67th Avenue approximately ¬ mile north of I-10. Two MagneChargers are at the south side of the parking lot near the Texaco car wash. THEY WERE BOTH LOCKED on 01/18/98, 02/XX/98 & 03/01/98 and the clerk didn't know anything about a key.
